Imagine buying a brand new suburban- all the bells and whistles only to have the sound go out- not only the radio but the blinkers and all sensors- anything that would serve as a safety measure- nothing working. Then your told it’s a known issue it can’t be fixed- no trying no nothing! Your suppose to just except it a love on. BUYER BEWARE!!! No one buys a new vehicle to loose all sounds inclusive of the radio! Find a better car and dealership!

Had full service oil change, filters, tires rotated and balanced and a repair that service worked with my insurance program to cover. Battery went completely dead and left me stranded less than a week later. Full service indicates the battery was checked but I question if it really was

Great dealership! I flew out of El Paso, Tx. And arrived in San Antonio just to look for a truck. I had been in contact with R&L the so called Truck Judge and that was a waste of time. Got on my phone and by luck gave Cavender Chevrolet a call and was given an appointment at 5:30. Tried to buy a Silverado from this dealership. Initial salesman did not know basic features of the car, then became sarcastic with me I opted not to purchase the vehicle based on the wrong information he gave me. Dominic Poncedeleon, Finance Manager, is not willing to honor the advertised Dealer Discount of $5k, even though it’s clearly posted that it applies to everyone on the dealership website. Tried to offer $4k, and refused to look at the website to see what was actually posted. Jimmy Young lost out on the sale, and I want to warn others so they don’t waste their time.

Paid $200 to have a wiring harness installed that should have been installed when I bought the vehicle. And then I had to unhook it and reroute the wiring so it would not be in the pedal area this is absolutely unacceptable service. When I mentioned it to the service person at pickup he said I don't know you'll have to talk to your service writer who was not there that day but unfortunately I do not have time to wait on a service writer I need to drive my truck and so I just fixed it myself
